Outstanding DC and AC per-formance characteristics allow its use in the mostcritical instrumentation applications.Bias current, noise, voltage offset, drift, open-loopgain, common-mode rejection and power supply re-jection are superior to BIFET and CMOS amplifiers.Difet fabrication achieves extremely low input biascurrents without compromising input voltage noiseperformance. Low input bias current is maintainedover a wide input common-mode voltage range withunique cascode circuitry. This cascode design alsoallows high precision input specifications and reducedsusceptibility to flicker noise. Laser trimming of thin-film resistors gives very low offset and drift.Compared to the popular OPA111, the OPA124 givescomparable performance and is available in an 8-pinPDIP and 8-pin SOIC package
